The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, and I loved that you could order food delivery to the lobby from your favorite restaurants, which saved us time for our dinner outings. The shower was spacious and thoughtfully designed so it didn’t feel cramped, which was a nice surprise. Our room was clean, roomy, and had fantastic floor-to-ceiling windows that provided lots of natural light.

The breakfast area could get a bit crowded during peak hours.

My stay at the Hyatt Place was quite memorable, especially with

The maid left us lots of soap, but our room had dirt in the sheets.

The location was perfect for exploring local attractions like Millennium Park and the Chicago Cultural Center, all within a short walk. the breakfast experience left much to be desired, as the area was overcrowded and the food options were often lacking, especially during peak times.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Hyatt Place Chicago/Downtown, The Loop! The front desk staff was incredibly accommodating, allowing me an early check-in and ensuring my room was sparkling clean. The highlight of my experience was the wonderful bartender, Natalie, who not only served me great drinks but made me feel welcomed and valued throughout my stay. Every morning, I looked forward to the complimentary breakfast, which offered a surprisingly delightful array of options that truly exceeded my expectations.
